Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy
- To request the cancellation of your website services, you must submit a written cancellation request to our designated email address or customer support portal. We will acknowledge the receipt of your cancellation request within 1 to 3 business days.
- Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
